Because flowers are seasonal and depend on market availability, substitutions may be made to ensure freshness and quality; we strive to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and value of your arrangement. Substitutions made within this policy do not qualify for refunds.

If you would like specific blooms and or colours, please indicate in the NOTES section, or designers choice will prevail.

All products are custom-made and perishable and therefore non-returnable;  quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours. 

 

For Pre Orders: Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before delivery or pickup, Same-day orders cannot be changed once placed.

Delivery windows are approximate; if the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left safely at the location or re-delivered for an additional fee.
